Q85 Green Kite Tails Table Runner
Machine Pieced and Quilted.
Our RI Modern Quilt Guild did a Half-Square Triangle (HST) challenge. Each month we made a different set of color schemes (Cool Colors, Warm Colors, Warm and Cool Colors and Warm or Cool Color with Gray) We all made HSTs and swapped them. The only rule was that you had to make a quilt using at least ONE of the squares - you could modify it any way you liked. I had over 60 squares. I decided to split them up into 3 separate quilts. This is the first quilt made of the green HST’s. I was picturing Kite Tails flitting in the wind.
